Shock Shop Ute Box Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is open to individuals who purchase a Lift Junkie Lift Kit and installation services from Shock Shop during the Promotion Period.
1.2 The Promotion is available to retail customers only and excludes trade, fleet, or wholesale purchases.
1.3 Participants must be residents of New Zealand and aged 18 years or older.
2. Promotion Details
2.1 Eligible customers will receive one (1) Chicane Ute Box (Model TB-20D) (“Gift”) with their qualifying purchase.
2.2 The Gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or any other product or service.
2.3 Limit of one Gift per qualifying transaction, regardless of the number of Lift Kits purchased.
2.4 The Promotion is limited to the first 20 qualifying purchases nationwide. Once this limit is reached, the Promotion will end, even if within the Promotion Period.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion commences at 12:01 AM NZDT on 10 December 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM NZDT on 25 January 2026, or earlier if the limit of 20 qualifying purchases is reached (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Purchases made outside the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Gift.
4. Conditions
4.1 Installation must be completed by Shock Shop as part of the qualifying purchase.
4.2 The Gift will be provided at the time of installation or within a reasonable timeframe thereafter, subject to availability.
4.3 Shock Shop reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value if the specified Gift is unavailable.
5. Privacy
5.1 By participating in the Promotion, customers consent to Shock Shop collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling the Gift.
5.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Shock Shop’s Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy laws.
5.3 Customers may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Shock Shop directly.
6. General
6.1 Shock Shop reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Shock Shop is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion or using the Gift, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6.3 By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.4 Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Shock Shop.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
7.2 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
